 Customizing
a new home is a monumental undertaking with several unexpected
events. Having a contractor who is talented, creative and
personable makes the experience easier. Steven Schultz, of

 We
do love our house and it certainly accommodated our 20 guests for
Thanksgiving quite well. Everyone that was here couldn't get over what a
beautiful home we have. All the attention to detail was certainly one of
the main features that everyone noticed. We appreciate the fact that our
being here on the site almost every day during the construction was
tolerated so well and that we did have the opportunity for input into
this process. This was a learning process for us as we had never built
before and I think I would even do it again now that I see how it all
actually works. Thank you so much for all your attention to our needs

We shopped for builders for about a
year and a half. When we told a builder that our plans to build were a
year or so out, they lost interest and told us to call them when we were
