find that many of the homes that we build are custom-design homes.
We will sit with you and go over, step by step, your goals, dreams
and ambitions with your new home. We will make suggestions and
recommendations based on your homesite and location, as well as show
you some of the latest and newest state-of-the-art products and
features to enhance your home. As a team we will work together to
create a home that you will be happy with.
Once we have worked on your general house layout, we
will then work with a designer who will put together blueprints and
floor plans. After all approvals we will then begin construction on
your dream home. At Southern
